The living area offers sleeping places for two people each on one sofa bed, hence in total the apartment can accommodate 8 people! The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your own home cooked meals, which can then be enjoyed at the big dinner table, in the beautiful living room. The bathtub in the upstairs bathroom is perfect to relax after a long day in the city. The absolute highlight are the 2 terraces, which offer a nice view on several Viennese Landmarks. The apartment is decorated with care and eye for details and quickly gives you that homey feeling. Free WiFi is available everywhere in the flat and an airport transfer can be arranged upon request. The apartment is located right on Kohlmarkt, which is a side street of the main pedestrian only area of the city, Graben. It is right in the center, you are surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and the most famous sights of Vienna. When you get out of the building you can deicide to either turn right and get to St. Stephens Cathedral and Stephansplatz in just a few seconds or you can turn left and walk for about 5-10 minutes to get to the Ringstreet (Ring Straße) where you will find the Parliament, the main Opera, city hall and many more historic buildings. If you walk for about 15 minutes you will get to Schwedenplatz, where you can hop on the U4, which takes you directly to Schloss Schönbrunn. Other than that there would be the bus 1A going through the first district and the subway lines U3 and U1 are stopping right at Stephansplatz, which take you almost anywhere in the city within just a few minutes. Overall this apartment, with its location, is the perfect starting point to explore the city. Please be aware once the booking is done on HousingAnywhere we send you the contract. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
