The room is located in an apartment in a hystorical building (the height of the ceiling IS 3,40 M ) recently renovated, located in the north-central area of Milan The apartment is on the second floor with elevator. guardian, fast wifi 24h . The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, crockery, cooker, fridge and microwave. The guardian is present from 8am to 12am and from 2pm to 4pm. I live in the same building, and it is easy to reach me. The residential and really safe area of Isola is one of the best areas to stay in Milano, trendy, warm and welcoming. Very well located and connected, easy access to the main attractions in town, it still preserves the typical Italian taste, with plenty of little restaurants and bars to have a glass of wine, an ice cream or just stroll around. The area of Porta Nuova, that has recently reshaped the skyline on Milano with stunning buildings and skyscrapers, is around the corner, and merges perfectly with th(hidden)ssic traditional architecture of Isola. The Blue Note, the jazz temple, is just a 3 minutes walk from the flat. Also Alcatraz, the rock temple, is just 5 minutes walk from the flat. The trendy neighborhood of Corso Como, home to the nightlife scene, can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes. Supermarket is right at your doorstep. Very easy to move around, with 3 underground line (purple M5, Yellow M3 and green M2) at walking distance. Tram 2, 4 and 33. N.B.: - The utilities (Gas, Water, Eletricity, Internet) are NOT included in the monthly rent. Expenses to pay upon arrival: - Deposit: 1 month's rent - 250 euro for cleaning fee and contract registration - 750 euro a months six months up - The bottom sheet for the bed is mandatory. If you don't have it, the landlord will buy it and the cost for you is 30€. * If during the stay a lamp bulb will break, the landlord will buy it asking the compensation to the tenants. * for rentals shorter that one month, you will be asked to pay the entire month's rent.
