Spacious ground floor apartment in the heart of Bologna, able to accommodate up to 4 guests and located in the historic center, at a strategic distance from the main places of interest in the city. Equipped with linen and towels, unlimited Wifi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, it offers all the comforts to comfortably explore the city center. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
