Modern style apartment in a building in the historic center of Bologna. Room with equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with large shower, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning, independent heating. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the main city attractions, towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
