Nice newly renovated apartment located in the historic center at a strategic distance from Bologna Central Station. Equipped with an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (perfectly joinable on request) and a double sofa bed in the hall. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi, lift, private balcony, towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
