Tutto il mobilio è espressione del miglior design italiano. La casa dispone di impianto di aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, internet wireless, impianto TV a led 42" con diffusori Bose. L'abitazione infine dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici (lavasciuga, lavapiatti, forno, microonde, ferro da stiro e frigo/congelatore). Asciugamani e biancherie da letto incluse. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
