Spacious and modern style apartment located in a strategic position in the historic center of Bologna, the University and the station. Composed of fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed, 40 "HD TV, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine and shower, it is equipped with air conditioning and unlimited wifi. Towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
