Nonostante la posizione strategica e centrale l'appartamento è molto silenzioso e al riparo dai rumori della strada. Molto luminoso ed accogliente, è composto da ingresso con poltrona/letto e scrivania,bagno con doccia, cucina equipaggiata con lavatrice e pronta all'uso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, Zona notte soppalcata con materasso king size su tatami giapponese e guardaroba/ripostiglio adiacente. Ascensore non presente. Possibilità parcheggio biciclette interno. Asciugamani e biancherie incluse. Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 200-250€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi.
