Fully equipped and finely furnished, it features a double bedroom, independent terrace, balcony, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen. The excellent and strategic location will allow you to reach the main city attractions on foot. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
