Nice studio apartment in the heart of the Quadrilatero, the old town, 50 meters from Piazza Maggiore. Immersed in the narrow streets of the historic center, full of typical shops, restaurants and clubs, it will allow you to reach the main attractions of the city in a few minutes' walk. Towels and bed linend included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...

Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
