Modern and bright apartment with fully equipped terrace just outside the center of Bologna, particularly convenient for Ospedale Maggiore, airport and companies in the Borgo Panigale area. Towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
