Spacious fully equipped apartment in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna. A strategic distance from the main attractions of the city, it will allow you to visit Bologna by walking. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, for a total of 4 single beds (eventually joinable) double sofa bed in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen, 50 "HD smart TV, 2 bathrooms, unlimited Wifi internet, air conditioning, towels and bed linens. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
