Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people in total comfort. Located a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, at the beginning of via D'Azeglio, the most prestigious street in the city, it allows you to visit the city and its main attractions in complete comfort by moving on foot. Towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
