Located a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, at the beginning of via D'Azeglio, the most prestigious street in the city, it allows you to visit the city and its main attractions in complete comfort by moving on foot. Towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
