All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort.
