Il bagno con pareti in stucco veneziano ed elementi in marmo è dotato di doccia e di vasca idromassaggio. L'appartamento, dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, internet wifi fibra ottica e TV HD, sarà fornito di asciugamani e biancherie di elevato standard alberghiero e di prodotti da bagno monodose, oltre a prodotti di prima necessità in cucina (sale, olio, condimenti, zucchero, the e tisane, caffè Nespresso). l'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola.
