Studio apartment with kitchen equipped with utensils, refrigerator, electric oven, kettle , coffee maker. Sleeping area with double bed, bathroom with large shower, washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, fibre optic WiFi and flat screen TV. Towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
