COMMON SPACES The apartment is in a modernist building from the 1900s, completely remodeled, keeping the original structure. We highlight that the building has an elevator and a porter service. On the 3rd floor is the reception and there is a common area for guests. LOCATION Just one street from our building is the emblematic Pedrera of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, as well as other works of the same such as La Casa Batlló can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Being 1 km from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and next to the Paseo de Gracia metro and train station, this allows you to be very well connected if you come for business or walk to the most interesting places in the city in scant minutes.
