Beautiful apartment with fine finishes with a small terrace overlooking Piazza Maggiore. Equipped with a double bedroom, spacious lounge with sofas and TV, audio system with CD, equipped kitchen, bathroom with marble walls and complete with everything, wifi, air conditioning, towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
