Able to accommodate up to 3 guests, it has a bedroom with 3 single beds, double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom with shower and washing machine, private terrace equipped with table and chairs, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning , Private garage, linen and towels included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
