Cozy apartment between the medieval and the modern, located in a strategic position with respect to the historic center and the attractions of the city. The apartment provided a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, big fridge and freezer, washer/drier for clothes, air conditioning, unlimited wifi, bathroom with shower, TV with HDMI cable,ste(hidden)ystem. Towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
