Nice furnished bedroom with beautiful attached private bathroom available for long term rental. Refrigerator and microwave included in the room. House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Various supermarkets, shopping centers, pharmacies, gas stations, car washes and restaurants less than a mile away. We are very close to 5 freeway and minutes to 91 and 57 freeways. Two miles to Disneyland, 5 miles to Knott’s Berry Farm and 4 miles to Anaheim Convention Center. This bedroom has a private attached bathroom that was just remodeled and looks beautiful. This bathroom is normally private for you except in the rare case where there is an event at the house. In that case, we ask that the bathroom is available to guests (through a hallway door). You will be advised in advance when this is the case. There is access to the kitchen for light cooking. There is also a shared backyard and patio. The central air conditioning will only be turned on when the temperature is 82 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Cats live on premises, but they are usually in a closed bedroom.
