At the foot of the two towers, in the historic center, it is located inside the elegant Galleria Acquaderni, in a newly renovated building. The strategic position will allow you to reach the main places of interest on foot. The space has a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the hall, a bathroom with XXL shower, fully equipped kitchen, double HD TV, unlimited Wifi internet, Daikin air conditioning and independent heating. You also have access to a private equipped space inside a condominium terrace. The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. "The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay.
