Description

This house is located ON school Campus! Bedroom 1: Is a masters suite on the top floor with private bathroom (Shower and bathtub) and also a walk in closet. This suite is suitable for 2 person to share or a couple. This is a beautiful older house with a lot of history. Everything has been renovated and is in top conditions. Only 2 minutes walk to the University of Iceland. The house is on 3 floors and has 7 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a study desk with a comfortable chair and a lamp. There are also sets of towels for each and everyone. Blow drier and iron is at the house for everyone to use. In the common area we have comfortable sofa with 42" cable Tv and a big dining table for up to 8 people. Bus stops right in front of the house. Only 5 min walking distance to nearest supermarket. The house is located in a family friendly neighbourhood with the best swimming pool, coffee shop, bakery and ice cream shop in all Reykjavík. Note: In the shared bedrooms, there will be two separate single beds but they can be put together to form a double bed if an individual wants to book the room as a private room....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
