L'appartamento è stato ammodernato, gli spazi e gli arredi sono stati studiati appositamente per offrirti ogni confort possibile. Sono presentii uno spazio living con cucina nuova e completamente attrezzata, 3 bagni, ripostiglio, garage per ricovero biciclette e motorini, lavatrice e connessione internet wifi. La zona è tranquilla, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici collegata sia con il centro storico che con la stazione dei treni e l'Ospedale Civile. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i principali servizi. La stanza viene affittata con contratto individuale e formula all-inclusive: un unico canone che comprende, oltre all'affitto, tutte le utenze (acqua, luce, gas, wifi, immondizie, spese condominiali). Sono comprese, inoltre, le piccole manutenzioni e un servizio di pulizia delle parti comuni nell'appartamento (cucina, corridoi e bagni). Non è richiesta alcuna provvigione (non siamo un'agenzia immobiliare) e/o cauzione.
