The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: singel bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea, ...). We provide also forks and spoons 🍴, pot and pans 🍳 and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival 🛌. Wireless internet 📶 is included in the rent. There’s also a washing machine 🧺 and dryer 💶in the flat at the disposal off the tenants . A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is foreseen everey 2 weeks . The room is cleaned before arrival and this must be kept clean by the tenant himself. We are looking for new tenants who want to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant.
