The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a spacious living room with double sofa bed and writing desk, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave), an anteroom, and a bathroom with shower. The living room can be used as a 2nd bedroom. It can be entered separately from the anteroom. The balcony is connected to the living room. It faces the courtyard (as the whole apartment does), and is therefore very quiet. The apartment is conveniently situated next to metro station Währinger Straße. From there, you can reach Ringstraße - the boulevard surrounding the historic center - in 7 minutes by tram.
