Description

The big bright room is located in a spacious apartment close to the center. The room has an own private balcony. The bed is a comfortable double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave), the bathroom with shower, and the anteroom are shared with one other room (max. 2 people). The apartment faces the courtyard, and is therefore very quiet. It is located right next to metro station Währinger Straße. From there, you can reach Ringstraße - the boulevard surrounding the historic center - in 7 minutes by tram. Please be aware that your reservation will not be concluded with me, but with the respective owners of the apartments. The cleaning fee will be charged by me directly...

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
