The bed is spacious and comfortable. THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. The monthly rent is 10% higher for a period of only 1 month. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.The service, if needed, is upon previous request of the tenants. The flat is fully furnished and located between the Jewish quarter and the Old Town. The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building. The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
