The flat is totally renovated and completely furnished: storage closet near the entrance, kitchen with oven & all flatware, HD TV in the common area, 2 bathrooms with washing machine, 5 normal bedrooms and 1 double room, with in each one bed, big wardrobe, desk, bedside table, bookcase and connection socket. Each room has its own key for full safety and privacy. Safe, quiet area. One bed in the shared room is already rented to a student (man). Very polite, clean, respectfull and kind person. We are searching for a similar person! PRICE: 380€ per one single bed in the shared bedroom ALL bills and expenses included (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, trash & condo fees...) + €350 one time fee that includes registration of the contract, taxes of registration, insurance that includes any eventuality for the student, cleaning of the room at the exit and monthly cleaning of the common parts.
