It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favorite shows and find that work-life balance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. This property does not have a clothes washer, but there is a laundromat closeby. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with combination AC/heater. The studio area is street facing and furnished with a queen size bed. The second, separate bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom does not have a window. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 5 guests. The flat has two full en-suite bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, toilet and sink. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
