Despite the location, the house is well connected to the main means of transport leading to the city center. The tram n. 24 stops in front of the residence entrance. Next to the house, there is a supermarket which is open every day until midnight. Included in the price there is a cleaning service of the private and common parts, once a week and change of bed linen and towels once a week.
