Details of the house: There is 1 kitchen (on the ground floor), with dining area (ground floor). 3 showers (-1), and 3 toilets arranged over the different floors. 10 rooms in total (From #2 until #11). 1st floor: rooms #2, 3 and 4 2nd floor: rooms #5, 6 and 7 3rd floor: rooms #8, 9, 10, 11 The house is located closeby the city center and has all means of transportation nearby (bus right at the corner of the street, metro / tram station “Botanique" 1 block away, and train station “North station” just a few minutes away by foot). There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood. There is not washing machine in the house itself, but a laundromat just 1 street away. Room #2: Double room, view both on courtyard and street, €790/month (€395/person if rented as a double room) All rooms are furnished (single bed, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe), all costs (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet (cabled) is provided for free. Cleaning person once a week for common areas only, concierge, secured with cameras, handyman if necessary. All rooms also have an individual sink in the room themselves. Some rooms are big enough to be occupied by 2 people, but we can also rent them to 1 person if necessary. The deposit is equal to 2 months of rent, but cannot be used as payment of the rent!...
