The accommodation The apartment, consisting of two double bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen, is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, close to the Duomo and the Church of Santa Maria Novella. Recently renovated and finely furnished, the apartment includes heating, air conditioning, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Two bathrooms complete the apartment, one of which has a bathtub. Rental Condition • BILLS ARE EXCLUDED (AROUND 250-430€ PER MONTH, DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION) We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4/8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay. This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please. You will recceive the attached document via email, after the reservation has been confirmed.
