Muy cerca de la zona Universitaria, a 10min de la Facultad de Veterinaria y a tan solo 15 minutos andando al centro de la ciudad. El precio incluye limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes, internet por cable, calefacción individual, luz y agua. Dispone de una gran cocina/comedor de 30m totalmente equipada, salón de 20m y un amplio baño de 9m. Se hace una limpieza semanal de la habitación y zonas comunes, con un mantenimiento diario de los suelos. Se hace colada diaria, para que puedas echar a lavar toda tu ropa y lo tengas siempre todo limpio. En l cocina tendrás a tu disposición un armario y una balda en la nevera solo para ti, para que puedas tener toda tu comida organizada.
