The cooking area is designed as an island with stools to be accompanied while preparing a delicious dinner. The living room with air conditioning gives access to the cozy dining area and then the small outdoor patio. From the living room, you can also access the spacious and quiet double room and the bright bathroom with a shower. Also, this apartment has a practical area to work or study, which makes this apartment an excellent option to spend a few months in Barcelona for working or training reasons. The building is newly renovated, has an elevator and wifi installation for the entire building.
