The renovation was completed just few years ago and the furniture is completely renewed. The apartment, very bright and in a strategic position, is composed of: entrance hall, two double bedrooms (one with a balcony), eat-in kitchen with a balcony, bathroom. Only students are accepted (including Erasmus). The current tenants are two young workers. Security deposit of one month's rent. The monthly rent is €550, to which condominium fees and bills (electricity, gas, heating and Internet) must be added. Extra cost of contract registration to pay once, reduced for longer stays.
