🏠Available double room in a completely renovated three-room apartment in the Aurora area - Corso Palermo 41 - third floor with elevator, in the immediate vicinity of the Nuvola Lavazza and the IAAD. The renovation was completed in November 2019 and the furniture is completely renewed. The apartment, very bright and in a strategic position, is composed of: entrance hall, two double bedrooms (one with a balcony), eat-in kitchen with a balcony, bathroom. Only students are accepted (including Erasmus). The current tenants are three university students (me, my brother and a friend of ours). We rent only to private individuals and not to agencies. Security deposit of one month's rent. The monthly rent is €550, to which condominium fees and bills (electricity, gas, heating and Internet) must be added. WHO YOU WILL SHARE THE ROOM WITH: we always carefully choose our tenants because we like spending time together drinking a good bottle of wine, cooking something or listening to music (instruments and vinyl records are always present in the house!). ⚙️ APPLIANCES AND ACCESSORIES Dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob, smart TV, washing machine and wi-fi (with fiber). 🚌 PUBLIC TRANSPORT The 27 stop is right outside the house (to the city center in 5/10 minutes), the 24 and the 93/. Lines 57 (to Porta Susa in 15 min), 18 (to San Salvario in 20 min) reachable in a few minutes on foot.
