WG hat eine gemütliche Küche, welche mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist (Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck). Es gibt Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank sowie Regale in Zimmern. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wifi ist in der Wohnung selbstverständlich vorhanden. Die Küche und das Bad mit WC werden mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt. _________ This student flat-sharing community is has 2 separate rooms. The room s are ca. 12-14 m2 in size. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items (oven, electric kettle, fridge, kitchenware). In each room there is a working table and a chair, open wardrobe and a bed, as well as some book shelves. WiFi is available in the apartment. Washing machine is available. The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by three persons in total...

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
