Very nice apartment close to public transport. This is a 3 room apartment with a nice balcony. The whole apartment can be rented out to maximum of 3 International students. The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equiped. There are a washing machine and a dryer available. The apartment is fully isolated with double glass and therefore very comfortable. Wi-Fi is available in the whole apartment. Erasmus University and Erasmus Medical Center be reached in about 25 to 30 minutes by bike or public transport. The center of Rotterdam can be reached in about 15 minutes. The apartment is available only in the period 1 May - 30 July 2023. We are doing everything according the rules, registration is possible....
