The city center and other Universities are close as well. The shared flat is located on the 5th and 6th floor with an elevator. The flat has two floors. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for common use, all seperate accesable. The whole flat has two bathrooms and tow seperated toilets. The shared area will be cleaned by a cleaning stuff all 2 weeks. If you want to have a cleaning for your room you can also have that for a small extra charge. Just ask for it. The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and laundry dryer and WiFi Internet. There is also a grill on the terrace. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all thinks what you need for cooking and eating (plates, pots etc.). In one bathroom is a laundry machine and a laundry dryer. The shared flat (10 rooms in total) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. The kitchen is a big community and meeting area.
