The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, furnished with essential taste, comfortable beds, large wardrobes and quiet views. To complete the accommodation capacity, in the living room there is a quality double sofa bed, which allows you to make the most of the spaces without sacrificing comfort. The living room is large and well lit, designed for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The protagonist of the environment is the beautiful light parquet floor, which gives warmth and a welcoming touch to the entire living area. Here you will also find a flat-screen TV, a dining area for six and a perfect location even for working remotely. The kitchen, separate and habitable, is fully equipped: oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and utensils for independent cooking, just like at home. The pride of the apartment are the three bathrooms, all modern and functional, which guarantee maximum privacy and convenience even when the apartment is fully occupied. Services: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV, linen included and equipment for both short and extended stays. The area: Via Piero della Francesca is in the heart of one of the most dynamic and sought after areas of the city, between Corso Sempione and Chinatown. Nearby there are quality restaurants, clubs, supermarkets and shops. A few minutes' walk away is the M5 Domodossola metro stop, which connects quickly with the city center, CityLife, Porta Garibaldi and the Isola district. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
