Nice newly renovated apartment located in the historic center at a strategic distance from Bologna Central Station. Equipped with equipped kitchen in the living area, 2 double bedrooms with a private bathroom for each, air conditioning, unlimited wifi. Linen and towels included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges...
