On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is currently in use as an office (but can be furnished with a single bed, upon request). It has a spacious bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is an additional toilet on the first floor. The apartment is furnished. The lease is for a period of 6-12 months, to be determined in consultation with the tenants....
