L'angolo cottura è dotato di doppio fornello, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane con pentole, utensili da cucina, stoviglie, bicchieri, utensili e un tavolo con sedie. Inoltre, riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro a vapore. High quality cotton linens, down pillows and duvet and generous wardrobe. WiFi, digital terrestrial TV (satellite coverage optional) and DVD player. The kitchenette has double stove, microwave, kettle, toaster with pots, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, utensils and a table with chairs. Also, central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, steam iron & ironing board. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, WC, bidet, washbasin with mirror and electric shaver points and hairdryer. The monthly rent includes free WiFi where available, utilities of water and gas and up to 100 euros of electricity consumption billed at 1 euro/kWh. There is a one-time contract registration fee of 300 euros + 2% of the rent to be paid, which also includes initial and final cleaning.
