Multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops can be found around the apartment and everything, including Florence's landmarks, is reachable on foot. HOUSE RULES: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time. No parties are allowed. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. make excessive noise or commotion, etc.).
