Ideal for people who love to spend some enjoyable time in the fresh air on its own private balcony, enjoy having big living room space and who prefer to stay in a quiet environment, close to the nature but still with perfect city center commuting public facilities. The price is for staying of one person only but it can accommodate a couple with a small extra fee. There is even a table tennis room for recreation.
