All this 2kms to Caparica Beaches via dedicated walking path, 15mn minutes-drive to downtown Lisbon (or boat, metro, train and buses to Lisbon) and 15mn walk (5mn cycling) to FCT-UNL, and 30mn walk (10mn cycling) to ISCSEM, universities. Three rooms available in 3-bedroom villa, with a very large shared saloon/living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. All fully equipped. The large garden and patios with the panoramic sea view are connected to saloon and kitchen are shared, including by a large well-behaved female dog. Private free parking. Bills included. Second person per room allowed at extra charge of 100 Eur. Free private parking. Landlord living in the same street. Non-urban area, very quiet, with a walking-distance cafe/restaurant/small groceries shop....
