It is an ideal area for you if you are going to study at Rey Juan Carlos I University of the Vicálvaro campus, the RESAD Retiro School of Art, the Polytechnic University or the Design School of Camino de los Vinateros. It is a very quiet area and a car can be parked in the neighborhood without paying the SER tax. The area is very well connected with exits to the highway of Valencia A-III, M-30 and M-40. In the area you can park without paying the resident fee, being outside the M-30. Moratalaz has all the services, shops, bars, restaurants, parks and gyms.
