But the new place doesn’t just offer a great location but will also be fully equipped and ready for you, to just move in. From a mixer to the washing machine, you will find everything you need. To start your mornings right, we will provide you with Berlin’s very own “Double Eye” coffee in the newly equipped kitchen. In your room you’ll find a freshly made bed, a small working space for you and your laptop, your own little lounge area and of course: free Wi-F. To top it all off, we even have a little extra: In your room there will be a stylish fixie rental bike waiting, which will accompany you while living in this great apartment. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
