To start your mornings right, we will provide you with Berlin’s very own “Double Eye” coffee in the newly equipped kitchen. For a rather chill night in, you can relax in your bathtub with a glass of wine. In your room you’ll find a freshly made bed, a small working space for you and your laptop, your own little lounge area and of course: free Wi-F. To top it all off, we even have a little extra: In your room there will be a stylish fixie rental bike waiting, which will accompany you while living in this great apartment. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
- Select your dates to check availability.

- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
